E. Steve Smith

Bio: Steve Smith has served his clientele as the architect, general contractor and construction manager on various commercial and large residential projects over his 35 years of experience in the Design-Build field.  Prior to his focus on the Development Phase of projects, he worked with high-end clients in Atlanta, GA.  One his most memorable experiences with the design-build of Dean Gardens, a 38,000 square foot residence for Mr. Larry Dean.  http://www.deangardens.com/ 

In 1994, Steve was invited by Chick-fil-A Design and Construction Department to be a critial team member to assist in the development of the Freestanding Restaurant Unit to provide service outside of Mall Units.  Steve helped Chick-fil-A to develop their current system that opens over 80 Freestanding Restaurant Units a year.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the School of Architecture at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL.  Steve is a decorated Vietnam Vetaran that proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1967 to 1971.

Andrew Smith

Bio: Before joining SCS Site Development, Inc. in 2012, Andrew worked in the plumbing and hardware industry for twelve years.  He represented manufacturers, domestic and international, of plumbing and hardware products.  These manufacturers were sold and distributed through independent and national, retail and wholesale companies in the Southeastern United States.  Andrew's responsibility was to open and maintain these channels of sales and cultivate business by working with Architectural and Interior Design Firms.  Projects that Andrew was responsible for obtaining specifications included Hotels, Condo Developments, Restaurants, Motor Coachs, Yatchs and Large Residential Homes.
