SCS Site Development, Inc. is a firm specializing in commercial real estate design and construction of 1 acre to 35 acre sites. We have the knowledge, and most of all, the experience, in the design and construction of a site and building of commercial projects such as fast food restaurants, banks, offices, manufacturing and pharmacies. The information included in our Site Investigation Reports may be used by the developer to reduce the purchase price of a site based on design requirements such as high retaining walls, need for engineered fill dirt, potential contaminated sites, utility availability and large impact fees or excessive timelines for plan approvals.
